01 / Share the idea
Send your artwork or concept and explain the product type, audience, preferred size, estimated quantity and delivery country. Mark any deadline and let us know which details are still open.
02 / Define the specification
Discuss the shape, materials, facial details, branding, accessories and packaging. A quotation should state what is included and identify any assumptions that still need confirmation.
03 / Develop and review the sample
Evaluate the physical sample against the agreed brief. Record feedback clearly, with photos or marked-up artwork where useful. Confirm the revised specification before moving to production.
04 / Confirm production requirements
Agree the approved sample, quantity, quality criteria, labels, packaging and project schedule. Any changes after approval should be reviewed for their effect on the specification and timing.
05 / Review finished products and shipment
Use the agreed checks to review finished products and packaging. Confirm shipment details, destination and required documents as part of the project plan.
