Compare specifications before comparing prices
A custom plush quotation is only meaningful when you know what it includes. Two offers can describe a similar-looking product while using different sizes, fabrics, decoration methods, packaging or delivery assumptions. Begin with a shared brief and ask each quotation to identify its scope.
There is no reliable universal price for a custom design without reviewing the project. A simple seated animal and a layered character with clothing and accessories may require very different construction even at the same overall height.

A revised design may alter the production specification. When changes affect size, construction, fabric, hardware or packaging, request an updated written quotation instead of assuming the original price still applies.
Discuss budget without losing the design
Share a target budget if you have one and identify your priorities. For a mascot, the face and silhouette might matter most. For a retail gift set, presentation may be central. With that context, the project discussion can consider which features to simplify and which should remain.
Useful options to discuss include simplifying small decorative details, adjusting the size, consolidating fabric colours or reviewing packaging. Each option should be judged against the intended audience and use, then checked in the sample.
