The website and enquiry records are hosted through Hostinger. Notifications are sent to our company mailbox through our email services. Authorized website administrators can access enquiry records and uploaded files; files submitted through the enquiry form are not published in the public media library. Service providers may process technical or communication data as needed to provide hosting, email, security and backups. Information may be processed outside your country, depending on the services used.
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry, follow up an active project and meet applicable business or legal recordkeeping requirements. Relevance to an ongoing project, the last meaningful contact and any recordkeeping obligation guide retention decisions. Backup copies may remain until the hosting backup cycle replaces them.
