Custom River Otter Plush
Explore a custom river otter plush concept with a curved tail and cream chest. Define your materials, size and branding through a project brief and sampling.

Design concept for custom development. Final appearance and specifications are agreed through sampling.
Design direction
A seated silhouette gives this river otter concept its character. The rounded head, small ears and cream muzzle lead into a pale chest panel, while the long brown tail curves around the side. Short front paws sit close to the body, leaving the face and contrasting belly as the main visual features. The illustration provides a starting point for discussing proportions, expression and the balance between a natural animal outline and a simplified plush form.
Collection possibilities
Consider this direction for a river wildlife collection, visitor attraction gift range or animal themed brand project. A coordinated group could use a shared palette and label system while keeping each species recognisable through its silhouette.
Build your project brief
Specify the overall size, seated proportions and preferred tail position in your brief. Fabric pile, colour matching, fill feel, eye construction, nose finish and whisker treatment need to be agreed during development. Branding can be discussed for a sewn label, hangtag or packaging artwork, with placement chosen to complement the chest and face.
What to review in the sample
Sample review should compare the head and body proportions, cream panel alignment and tail curve from several angles. Check how the front paws sit, how the face reads at the intended size and how the finished shape rests on a display surface. Confirm the construction of every facial detail before approving the sample.
