Custom Wombat Plush
Plan a custom wombat plush with a rounded body, broad nose and short legs. Explore material, size and branding choices through a clear brief and sample review.

Design concept for custom development. Final appearance and specifications are agreed through sampling.
Design direction
This wombat concept uses a broad, rounded body and short legs to create a low standing profile. Small upright ears, a substantial dark nose and a lighter muzzle make the face easy to identify. The grey brown palette keeps attention on the shape, while darker paw panels give definition to the feet. The illustrated design is a starting point for a plush interpretation with a compact outline and an expressive face.
Collection possibilities
Explore this direction for an Australian wildlife assortment, visitor attraction merchandise or a nature focused gifting project. Its horizontal form could provide variety alongside seated animals within the same collection, with coordinated tags and packaging connecting the range.
Build your project brief
Your brief should set the desired body length, height and width together, rather than relying on one measurement. Discuss pile texture, muzzle contrast, filling feel and how the legs will support the intended pose. Facial construction, paw details, decorative elements, label locations and packaging format should be agreed before sample approval.
What to review in the sample
The first sample should be reviewed from above and at surface level to assess the back curve, body width and leg placement. Check that the nose and muzzle proportions preserve the wombat character at the chosen size. Compare the stance on a flat surface and inspect seams around the face, legs and belly against the agreed construction.
